Ingredients:
1 and ½ cups pumpkin seeds
Olive oil as needed
1 and ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions:
Cut pumpkin and scrape out seeds and flesh
Separate flesh from seeds and rinse the seeds under cold water
Bring 2 quarter of salted water to boil and add seeds, boil for 10 minutes
Drain seeds and spread them on a kitchen towel
Dry for 20 minutes
Preheat your fryer to 350 degrees F
Take a bowl and add seeds, smoked paprika, and olive oil
Season with salt and transfer to your Air Fryer cooking basket
Cook for 35 minutes, enjoy!
