Spicy Paprika Potatoes

Prep Time: 30 minutes 
Cooking Time: 20 minutes 

56 ounces potatoes, peeled and cubed  
2 tablespoons spicy paprika  
4 cups Greek yogurt  
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided  
Salt and pepper, to taste  

Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F    
Soak the potatoes in water    
Let it soak for 30 minutes    
Take a paper towel then drain and pat dry    
Add paprika, salt, pepper and half of oil in a bowl    
Mix them well    
Coat the potatoes in the mixture    
Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes    
Meanwhile, blend the remaining oil and yogurt    
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with yogurt and enjoy!
