Beef Stroganoff

Serving: 3 
Prep Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 

1-pound thin steak  
4 tablespoons butter  
1 cup sour cream  
8 ounces mushrooms  
4 cups beef broth

Add butter to a microwave container and microwave it to melt the butter.    
Pre-heat your Fryer to 400 degrees F.    
Take a bowl and add melted butter, sliced mushrooms, cream, chopped onion, and beef broth.    
Transfer the steak to the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.    
Transfer steaks to Air Fryer cooking basket and bake for 10 minutes.    
Serve and enjoy!
