Ingredients:
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into small portions
1 medium yellow pepper, cut into small portions
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into small portions
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Take a mixing bowl and add diced peppers
Mix them and add olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, basil, parsley and mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Cover and let it chill for 30 minutes
Pre-heat your Fryer to 390 degrees F
Transfer the peppers to your Air Fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
